1.Acceptance and age
By accessing or using Script Z, including by creating an account or logging in, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Rules. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Script Z. You may not create an account for anyone who does not meet this requirement.
2.Accounts
You are responsible for your account, your login credentials, and activity performed through your account. Account information must be accurate enough for the service to function, and usernames or profiles may not impersonate others or mislead users.
3.Your content
You keep ownership of content you submit. You give Script Z a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, format, display, and distribute it only as needed to operate, secure, promote, and improve Script Z. This license ends when the content is deleted, except for limited backups, legal records, and copies other users made while it was public.
You confirm that you have permission to share your content and that it does not violate law, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, or the Script Z Rules. Public uploads may be viewed, copied, or used by other people, so do not post secrets or personal information.
4.Scripts and third-party content
Scripts, descriptions, images, links, and profiles are submitted by users. Script Z does not verify, execute, endorse, or guarantee them. A listing, rank, view count, or continued availability does not mean that content is safe, accurate, legal, or suitable for any purpose.
Review code before using it and report suspicious content. Running third-party code can result in account action, game bans, data loss, financial loss, or device and security problems. Script Z moderates reported content but cannot inspect or guarantee every upload before it is used.
5.Rules and prohibited use
The Rules are part of these Terms. You may not use Script Z for illegal, deceptive, abusive, malicious, infringing, or security-disrupting activity, or help someone else do so.
6.Moderation and deletion
Script Z may review, restrict, remove, or preserve content; limit features; suspend or terminate accounts; and block access when reasonably needed for safety, security, legal compliance, or enforcement. Where practical, affected users receive a reason and may use the available appeal process. Serious or urgent abuse may be acted on without advance notice.
Deleted content or accounts may not be recoverable. The service is not a backup, and you are responsible for keeping copies of anything you need.
7.External services and links
Script Z uses third-party infrastructure and may link to services it does not control. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. Script Z is not responsible for third-party content, availability, transactions, downloads, or conduct.
8.Availability and warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, no warranties are made about availability, security, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation.
Mandatory warranties and consumer rights that apply in your jurisdiction remain unaffected.
9.Limitation of responsibility
You are responsible for your actions and content. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site operator is not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or that result from user content, third-party services, unauthorized use, or a user's failure to follow clear safety warnings.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury where exclusion is prohibited, or any rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
10.Changes and termination
Features, policies, and these Terms may change. Material updates will be identified by a new last-updated date or another reasonable notice. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
11.Operator and contact
Script Z uses domain privacy and a public-facing pseudonym. These do not prevent cooperation with valid legal process or change obligations imposed by applicable law.
