1.Scope and consent
This policy applies to information processed through Script Z. By using the site, creating an account, or logging in, you acknowledge the practices described here.
2.Information you provide
- Account information, including your email address, username, and authentication identifier.
- Profile information, including your bio, avatar, banner choice, and any Discord link you add.
- Uploads, including script code, titles, descriptions, games, tags, and cover images.
- Reports and other information you deliberately submit through site features.
Password authentication is handled by Supabase. Script Z does not display your password and should never ask you to place passwords, tokens, cookies, or private keys inside an upload.
3.Information collected automatically
The site and its infrastructure providers may process IP addresses, browser and device details, request times, referring pages, session data, error information, and security logs. Script Z also records script view counts and basic activity needed for notifications and abuse prevention.
4.How information is used
- To create accounts, authenticate users, and keep sessions working.
- To publish profiles and uploads and provide search, rankings, and notifications.
- To investigate reports, prevent spam or fraud, enforce the Rules, and protect the service.
- To troubleshoot, maintain, and improve reliability and user experience.
- To comply with legal obligations and valid requests where applicable.
5.Public information
Usernames, bios, avatars, public social links, scripts, descriptions, tags, games, cover images, and aggregate engagement counts may be public when you choose to publish them. Social links are optional. Private account fields such as email addresses, session data, moderation records, and internal identifiers are not intended for public profile responses.
Emails, authentication data, private notifications, and reports are not intentionally displayed publicly through the normal site interface.
6.Storage and service providers
Supabase provides authentication, database, and file storage services. Vercel hosts and delivers the website. These providers may process information on Script Z's behalf and under their own policies. Data may be processed in countries different from your own.

7.Cookies and local storage
Essential browser storage is used for authentication sessions and preferences such as theme and sidebar state. Blocking it may prevent login or other features from working. Script Z does not currently add advertising cookies, Google Analytics, Google AdSense, or third-party ad trackers. This policy will be updated before intentionally adding those technologies.
8.Sharing and sale
Script Z does not sell personal information. Information may be disclosed to infrastructure providers, when you make it public, when necessary to investigate abuse or protect users, or when required by valid legal process. Aggregated or de-identified information may be used to understand site activity.
9.Retention, deletion, and security
Information is kept while needed to operate accounts and the service. Some records may remain for security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, legal compliance, or limited backups after content is deleted. Deletion may be permanent and recovery is not guaranteed.
Reasonable safeguards may be used, but no online service can guarantee perfect security. You are responsible for using a strong, unique password and protecting your account.
10.Your privacy choices
Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or information about processing. Requests may require account verification and may be limited by legal exceptions.
Use the reporting or contact method available on the site for privacy or removal requests. Do not publish sensitive information in a public report or script.
11.Children
Script Z is not intended for children under 13 and does not knowingly permit them to create accounts. If Script Z learns that an under-13 user provided personal information, the account and associated information will be reviewed and deleted where required. A parent or guardian may use the reporting method available on the site to request review and removal.
12.Contact and policy changes
Privacy questions and rights requests may be submitted using the reporting method available on the site. This policy may change as the service changes. Material changes will be identified by an updated date and, where appropriate, an in-product notice before they take effect.
